We have a lot to share with you! From new additions to our game catalog to shipping news and more!
The team is shipping out our largest order of kits yet! Our next shipments should all be over 1,000 kits going forward and continue to grow!
We shipped the first XE kits and many more will be shipping over the next few weeks. We’ve already contacted a lot of XE kit backers to confirm their addresses and get them processed.
Please note that for supply chain reasons we are first shipping the white XE kits because they completed manufacturing first. The good news is that the black and grey XE kits are being manufactured right now and you can get a look at what the wands and glasses will look like in the photos below.
We’ll be reaching out to backers who ordered the black- and grey “colored kits” about fulfillment in mid to late June.
If you backed a Group Pack this is good news for you as well! We are manufacturing the kits in lots based on their color. Which means that your white glasses and wands are ready to go and when all 3 colors are done being manufactured we’ll be able to start shipping the Group Packs out too.
Also, some backers have inquired about the variety pack of nose pieces that was intended to come with your kit. Unfortunately, we ran into supplier issues so those will be shipping later after most kits are delivered (at no additional cost). Sorry for the delay!
Thanks to everyone for your continued patience and understanding while we ship out these kits as fast as we can produce them.
As a reminder, we’ll contact you from email@example.com to let you update your shipping address and credit card information in BackerKit about a week before we charge you for shipping and any taxes. If you’d like to update your BackerKit account information now, click this link!
Then we’ll send another email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number when your kit ships about a week later.
To prevent our emails from email@example.com from going to your spam or promotions folders add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email contacts or Safe Senders list. Here’s how: Gmail | Outlook | Hotmail | Yahoo!
This year we are setting up shop and slinging out hundreds of demos while showcasing some new games, experiences and hardware (XE Gameboards anyone?). The Augmented World Expo is next week in Santa Clara, CA (June 1-3).
This time, we are doing something really special to showcase how easy it is to develop for the Tilt Five system. In addition to bringing our own software demos, we are pleased to showcase the work of the talented students at the University of California Santa Cruz’s Games & Playable Media / Serious Games program under the guidance of Michael John and Edward Melcer.
If you plan on attending you can find us at Booth #948 (see this floorplan to find us).
